Chapter 288 News

January 2017 Meeting Notice

Happy New Year.

This months meeting will be Thursday Jan 19th at 7pm in Keith Phillip's hangar.

This month Richard Hogan will be talking about his company's new aircraft. You may have seen it at Oshkosh or Sun-N-Fun. The Commuter Craft Innovator is a low wing, side by side, pusher that can be built less than three weeks with the company's Builder Assist Program. Richard will not only be speaking about the Innovator, but the design and aerodynamics that went into the development.

After the break we will have Chris Holder of Concord Batteries speaking about their offerings. Chris will also be speaking about proper electrical system sizing for aircraft of all types.

Reminder: Chapter 2017 Dues were due in the month of December. If you would like to pay your dues at the meeting -- and please do -- bring cash or check. Or you could visit eaa288.org and click the pay your dues link in the center of the main page.

I look forward to seeing you there!
